“Winters Nap” was painted en plein air for Cumberland County’s Winter Plein air event through Gallery 50 in Bridgeton, NJ this past December. The Cohansey river by Hancocks Marina is a favorite place to paint especially during the winter with all the subtle color shifts, so peaceful and beautiful. Even though it was a cold, misty day, I managed to complete two paintings. The fun part was that artists were limited to four colors! Can you guess which colors I used? Great fun.
These watercolors are mounted on hardboard and spray varnished, so no need for glass.
Both paintings are available framed or unframed and can be shipped.
